The location was absolutely perfect with the beach on one side and the Main Street in Chaweng on the other. The pool, although small, was really cute and the surrounding deck chairs were a great addition. The free wifi was super fast and reliable. The staff were incredibly friendly, spoke good English, and went above and beyond to help us explore the beautiful island of Samui. The rooms were clean and the food at the little canteen style restaurant was surprisingly good for the price. We couldn't have asked for a better stay!

Didn't like the hotel at all! Will not stay there next time for sure! And know that many people after 2 days of staying there move to other hotels nearby, which are really better and could be cheaper. Information on web-site differs from the real situation. The only advantage of this hotel is its location - directly on the beach (if you make no difficulties with noise during nights because of the popular bar on the beach and planes flying so low that it seems for the first time it'll come crashing down on your roof). All the rest is disgusting, especially the personnel. I wish this hotel to change its management who don't think about people and comfort but only thinking about money, they do not afraid of loss their guests and potential clients as they now every day they'll have new guests and even if they don't like the hotel and leave it, new guest will come the next day or the same as the location is good and there is an endless stream of tourists. The most think we didn't like was discourtesy of the receptionists and the greed (even Wi-Fi which is free for all other places, near hotels, bars, etc if you are their client is not free for this hotel. They don't have it in rooms and even in public area you should pay 100 Bath per day :-) Don't use it, there are other places where you can enter Internet free. But again, everything could be bearable, even not perfect facilities BUT the receptionists!!! They are beyond belief incredibly unbelievable impolite, nonprofessional, unfriendly and even scurrilous. And the pool....it is not the pool, it is a slop, opened till 6 p.m :-))))))))) and closed even earlier than that time and there are signs that the hotel is not responsible for anything :-) even not responsible for you if you are hurt at the territory of there hotel, if you can get harm at their pool because it may be not cleaned or something else, in one word - they do not bear ANY responsibility. Only YOU have responsibilities and duties! BAD! Very bad hotel!!!

Great location, convenient for beach and restaurants, with quiet rooms. Hot water in showers, friendly and helpful staff. Daily housekeeping with fresh bedding and towels.

P&p Samui was in the heart of Chaweng. The best part about this hotel is it's location. Everything else was mediocre. This hotel is good for you if you do not mind staying in a backpacker type hotel.
The rooms were too pricey for the state that it was in. I had ants crawling on the floor, some on my bed and even in the fridge. The reception was closed at 11.30pm and i had an emergency but had no help. There were no phones in the room. The toilet was dirty with ants in the sink. I would personally not stay here again. There are plenty of other resorts nearby that are better.

Beachfront & close to restaurants and shopping
Resort is designed for young budget conscious backpackers and not for a mature couple like us so is quite noisy at night.

For the price the service was very bad - staff not helpful at all and made you feel you were holding them back whilst being in the restaurant. Tey issued our bill at 8pm making it clear they wanted us t leave

The rooms at P&P Samui Resort were really cozy and comfortable. They had this nice tiled flooring and air conditioning, which made it feel so relaxing. I loved the private terrace where we could sit and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. And the satellite TV was a great bonus for some entertainment during downtime. the room was just perfect for our family.
If I have to pick one thing, I would say that I personally wasn't a big fan of the Wi-Fi connection in the room. But hey, that's just my opinion.

The resort is perfectly located, with the beach on one side and the lively Main Street on the other. the rooms are clean and decently sized, with comfortable beds and a bright atmosphere. the staff is friendly and accommodating, and the restaurant offers delicious and affordable food. the resort offers a small but refreshing pool and a great Wi-Fi connection.
The noise from the nearby Ark bar can be quite loud at night.

During my stay at P&P Samui Resort, I found two notable features that stood out from the provided database. the resort's location was excellent, situated in the vibrant Chaweng area of Koh Samui. This allowed easy access to nearby restaurants, shops, and entertainment venues. the resort provided a complimentary breakfast, which was a pleasant addition to start each day.
One minor negative aspect I experienced during my stay was the outdated condition of the rooms. Although they were clean, the visible wear and tear did affect the overall aesthetic appeal.

Enjoyed the delicious food and drinks at the beachside restaurant, relaxed by the beautiful outdoor pool, and indulged in an invigorating outdoor massage. Complimentary wifi and helpful tour assistance were a plus.
Oh, and the fact that I could never decide which stunning ocean view from the garden to take in. So annoying.

The location, spacious rooms, helpful staff, and beachfront pool made for a great stay. The central location allowed us to be close to all the action, and the rooms, although a bit tired, were large enough for our needs. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. And the pool, right on the beach, was clean and refreshing.
Was all great.
